Service overview

What I do for you

My services interlock. AI is applied where it truly supports processes, people and business goals — not as an end in itself.

AI Potential Analysis

We analyse together where AI has the greatest leverage in your organisation — structured, realistic and independent of vendor interests.

  • Use-case map for your organisation
  • Benefit/effort assessment per use case
  • Prioritised roadmap with concrete next steps

AI Strategy

From initial ideas to a robust framework: with clear objectives, defined responsibilities and a realistic roadmap for getting started.

  • Target picture and strategic guardrails
  • Governance structure and roles
  • Phased implementation plan

AI Process Automation

I analyse recurring workflows and show where AI reduces workload, makes knowledge more accessible or prepares decisions more effectively.

  • Document processes and analysis
  • Knowledge management and internal search
  • AI-assisted support systems

Process Management

Business processes are mapped transparently, weaknesses made visible and improvements designed to work sustainably in day-to-day operations.

  • Structured process capture and analysis
  • BPMN modelling and documentation
  • Concrete optimisation measures

Business Analysis

I translate business requirements into clear concepts — so management, departments and IT work from the same decision-making basis.

  • Structured requirements analysis
  • Business concepts and solution design
  • Stakeholder alignment and communication

AI Act & Governance

The EU AI Act affects mid-sized companies too. I help with classifying your AI applications, risk categorisation and the necessary documentation.

  • Risk classification under the AI Act
  • Policies and internal governance
  • Audit-proof documentation

AI Potential Check

In 60 minutes you'll know where AI truly makes sense for your company

In an informal first conversation we look at your current situation together: Where do unnecessary costs arise today? Where is knowledge being lost? And where could AI make a real difference in your company?

  • Which processes consume unnecessary time and resources every day?
  • Where is knowledge being searched for but not found quickly enough?
  • Which tasks repeat themselves and could be automated?
  • Which regulatory requirements need to be considered?
  • What are realistic first steps for your organisation?

Approach

From the first question to a lived solution

Good consulting doesn't start with a tool recommendation. It starts with listening, understanding and honest assessment — before technology is even discussed.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Is AI consulting worthwhile for mid-sized companies?

Yes — often especially so. Mid-sized companies frequently hold valuable process and domain expertise that isn't yet being utilised systematically. This is precisely where AI can help: making knowledge accessible, relieving teams from repetitive tasks and supporting better decision-making.

Which processes are suited to AI?

Particularly well-suited are processes with high repetition or large volumes of information — such as document processing, knowledge management, customer service, quote generation or internal research. Less suited are processes that rely heavily on personal judgement or creativity.

Does consulting start with a tool recommendation?

No. The starting point is always objectives, processes and economic potential. Only once it's clear where action is needed do we assess which technology makes sense — and whether AI is even the right answer.

Is process management also offered independently of AI?

Yes. Process analysis, process modelling, business analysis and requirements management are independent areas of expertise — with or without an AI focus. Sometimes a clearly documented process is the most important first step, well before automation becomes a topic.

How does a first conversation work?

A first conversation typically lasts 45 to 60 minutes and is non-committal. We talk about your goals, current challenges and potential areas for action. By the end, both sides know whether and how a collaboration makes sense.

Which industries or company sizes do you work with?

The focus is on mid-sized companies in the German-speaking world — across all industries. Experience includes manufacturing, service companies and the public sector. What matters is not the industry, but the specific need for action.
